Working Group

The Civic Indicators Working Group represents a group of the country’s leading social scientists and civic engagement thought leaders committed to producing meaningful research on the civic health of our nation.

The following individuals served on the national Working Group.

David EisnerPresident and CEO, National Constitution CenterDavid Eisner is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Constitution Center, the first and only nonpartisan, nonprofit American institution devoted to the Constitution.

Robert GrimmProfessor of the Practice of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management, University of MarylandRobert T. Grimm, Jr. become the first Professor and Director of a Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management program created by a generous gift to the university in January 2010.

Ilir ZherkaExecutive DirectorIlir joined NCoC in October 2012 as Executive Director. He oversees program development, spearheads fundraising efforts, and manages all administrative functions and staff.
